Process
I began with a detailed UX audit and competitor research, analyzing five direct competitors and collecting insights from students and internal teams. Heatmaps, performance tools, and interviews revealed issues such as confusing navigation, poor mobile optimization, and unclear calls to action. Based on these insights, I defined clear goals – to unify the website’s structure and to simplify consultation booking.
Research & Strategy
Next, I rebuilt the sitemap and page hierarchy, focusing on course exploration and consultation flows. I also rewrote the website copy to make it more straightforward, more direct, and conversion-oriented. Using Figma, I designed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, iterating on CTA placement and course page layouts. Two rounds of usability testing with students helped refine navigation and validate improvements in the booking process.
Design & Testing
Process
To ensure consistency across all touchpoints, I created a design system and applied it throughout the redesigned website. Finally, I implemented the new website in Wix, optimizing for mobile experience, loading speed, and SEO basics.
Visual System & Implementation
Outcome
Other Works
The redesigned website reduced the bounce rate from 49.3% to around 32%, making the overall journey more engaging and efficient. Conversion rate grew by approximately 35% within the first months after launch, largely due to the streamlined consultation booking flow. By simplifying steps, optimizing CTA placement, and improving mobile usability, more users were able to successfully complete bookings.
