Process

To design the application, I began by conducting user interviews and surveys to identify pain points in outfit planning and sustainable shopping. The insights highlighted unclear navigation, inaccurate recommendations, and a confusing UI.

Understand Users' Needs

Based on these findings, I restructured the app’s flows and information architecture, making wardrobe organization and outfit planning more intuitive and user-friendly. I introduced AI-powered styling and a shop advisor feature to provide users with personalized recommendations and to encourage more conscious shopping habits.

While working on the product, we improved navigation, created intuitive outfit planning features, and introduced AI-powered features. As a result, usability testing confirmed that the redesign of the app increased NPS by approximately 15%.
