We discovered that the existing digital experience was outdated: unintuitive navigation, no quick test drive booking, and unclear information on car availability. To address this, we сonducted user research and competitive audit, which revealed key expectations – simple booking, transparent financing, updated configurations, and a desktop-first browsing experience.
User research highlighted the need for speed, clarity, and personalization. We translated these findings into user sories, afterwards, we designed wireframes in Figma to showcase key flows before focusing on visuals.
