Process
We discovered that the existing digital experience was outdated: unintuitive navigation, no quick test drive booking, and unclear information on car availability. To address this, we сonducted user research and competitive audit, which revealed key expectations – simple booking, transparent financing, updated configurations, and a desktop-first browsing experience.
Understanding Users & Market
User research highlighted the need for speed, clarity, and personalization. We translated these findings into user sories, afterwards, we designed wireframes in Figma to showcase key flows before focusing on visuals.
From Insights to Design
Process
To position Chevrolet as modern and innovative, we built a functional, brand-aligned interface with seamless cross-platform consistency. Key features included clear CTAs for bookings, a personal account for managing services, and responsive design optimized for desktop and mobile.
Building a Cohesive UI
Outcome
Other Works
Key results included a streamlined booking flow for test drives, an online configurator and trade-in presentation to support purchasing decisions. A unified UI system established consistency and scalability across platforms. Beyond the design itself, the project highlighted the importance of thorough research, iterative design, and team collaboration, while strengthening my skills in presenting design concepts to the audience, and enhancing attention to detail.
