Process
Users wanted speed, simplicity, and atmosphere. They needed a store that felt authentic to vinyl culture but functioned like a modern e-commerce platform. Through surveys and data analysis, I explored how users interact with e-commerce platforms.
Design Drivers
I translated these needs into concrete features: clear catalog and filtering, curated discovery sections, retro-inspired visuals, and a streamlined checkout. Wireframes and prototypes were developed in Figma, focusing first on catalog navigation and checkout flow.
From Insights to Design
Process
The final concept balanced usability with atmosphere: users could browse intuitively, discover new records in engaging ways, and complete purchases with minimal friction — all while feeling immersed in the authentic aesthetics of vinyl culture.
What It Changed
Outcome
Other Works
The redesigned concept demonstrates a visually appealing website that reflects the atmosphere of vinyl culture through nostalgic imagery, retro fonts, and vintage-inspired color schemes. I implemented user-friendly browsing and filtering options to help customers discover new releases, bestsellers, and genre-specific collections. Overall, the project proved that an e-commerce store can be both functional and atmospheric — reflecting the unique identity of vinyl culture while supporting a seamless, conversion-oriented shopping experience.
